• Complete manager functions on the POS.
• Labor management and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front of house.
• Recognize coaching opportunities and train others.
• Ensure shifts are executed perfectly every time.
• Close shift paperwork and accountability.
• Uphold a positive culture and guest service.
