Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for Sonic Drive-In in Virginia. You will lead and support the team, keep shifts running smoothly, and ensure guests receive great service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role offers hands-on leadership growth, with opportunities to progress to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as you develop your skills and contribute to a thriving team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
