Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.

You will monitor food safety, quality, inventory, scheduling, and training, and you will work with the team to meet targets while delivering excellent guest experiences. Previous leadership is preferred; 18+ required; benefits include paid time off and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off effectively.
• Meet targets for shifts and for the Departments within the restaurant.
• Ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
