Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 18 years or older to be a manager in franchise restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability and communicate handoffs to the next shift.
