Jersey Mike's in Ocoee, FL is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of management. You will lead a small crew, ensure opening/closing tasks are performed accurately, and maintain excellent guest service during fast-paced shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience, the ability to work early morning and late evening shifts, and strong communication and organizational skills. Must be 18 or older; early pay benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
