Job summary

Ambros Foods, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading operations during assigned shifts. You will direct team members, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety, and ensure Pizza Hut operating procedures are followed.

This role requires strong communication, team coaching, and a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced environment. You may work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling, and you will contribute to cash

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and lead team members.
• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license may be required for certain duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure consistent execution of Pizza Hut standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, speed of service, and restaurant readiness.
• Provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally in accordance with Company service standards, including the B.L.A.S.T. process.
• Support execution of Company promotions, new products, and operational initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, direction, and support to team members.
• Assign tasks and position team members based on business and operational needs.
• Reinforce performance, attendance, uniform, safety, and conduct expectations.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Recognize strong performance and communicate employee concerns to restaurant management as appropriate.
