Job summary

Ambros Foods, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will direct team members, ensure a positive guest experience, and uphold food quality and safety standards aligned with Pizza Hut procedures.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and handle cash processes while supporting promotions and new initiatives. This role fits either part-time or full-time schedules in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide direction, coach team members, and work as part of a team.
• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to stay organized and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for deposits or travel.
