SBH Foods, a Popeyes franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a motivated team in a fast-paced Cajun-inspired environment. You will lead by example, greet guests, take orders, and help ensure service and food quality while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Able to lead by example and support team.
• Willing to learn all restaurant operations and multi-station work.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Must be ServSafe certified before independently running a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with enthusiasm and guest-focused service.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide Cajun hospitality.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to quality standards.
• Support team across stations for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures for freshness.
• Assist with inventory stocking and shift execution.
• Uphold Popeyes and SBH Foods culture.
