Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest service during shifts.

You will set shift goals, assign tasks, manage cash handling, inventory, and safety while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to meet daily targets.

The role requires prior leadership in retail/food service, strong English skills, and the ability to train and develop a fast-paced team.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language.

Mansioni

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members providing timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Support training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues and protect reputation.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
