You’ll help run a high-volume stand with strong teamwork and guest care. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency, with responsibilities spanning setup, inventory, deposits, closing, and overall stand supervision when

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Day and/or Night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up the stand including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count inventory and perform deposits and drawer counts.
• Ensure the stand is cleaned and closed properly when shifts end and locked for safety.
• Be in charge in the GM's absence and support the team as needed.
• Create a positive, proactive atmosphere with a strong guest service focus.
