Job summary

P. Terry's Burger Stand in Austin, TX is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders for Day, Night and Overnight shifts. You will lead in BOH and FOH, ensure top guest experiences, and supervise crew with a focus on service, quality, and safety.

Requirements include 1 year of restaurant experience, ability to lift 35-50 lbs, promote teamwork, and manage shifts. Competitive hourly wage of 16 to 22 dollars per hour with opportunities for growth, Christmas bonus, loans, cake on birthday, free shift

Responsibilities

Shift length can be 6-8 hours long
Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk
Count Inventory
Do deposits and count the drawers
Have all positions cleaned and closed down
Make sure the stand is locked and safe
Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present
Supporting the team and jumping in where needed
Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back
Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
