Little Caesars Pizza - AMF Great Lakes locates in Chesterton, IN, seeks a Shift Leader to ensure fast, friendly service and high-quality pizza. You will support training, store operations, and customer satisfaction while working at least 25 hours per week, including busy night shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising coworkers, coaching, managing cash, inventory, and opening/closing tasks, with a focus on cost control and profitability.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress.
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and feedback to colleagues and coaching to ensure duties are performed.

• Supervises coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
• Helps control costs by following recipes, portioning, and turning off idle equipment
• Performs cash management responsibilities and basic math for inventory and orders
• Completes opening/closing paperwork and follows procedures for store operations
• Keeps portal and HNR business up to date and communicates shifts needs
