Job summary

Subway is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and high-quality food service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

You will also cascade training to Sandwich Artists, handle scheduling, and ensure equipment is functioning. Must have 1 year restaurant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Various full/part-time shifts may be available at different locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work in any area of the restaurant and to operate a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional and inviting.
• Control inventory on shift and assist with ordering if needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff during shifts.
