Wing Shack Enterprises in Laramie, WY is looking for a Team Leader to run daily operations with energy, passion, and a focus on service and quality. You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage scheduling and onboarding, and resolve guest concerns in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in United States.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform all essential job functions per training and job description.
• Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience.
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
