Schlotzsky’s is hiring a Team Leader to help drive a smooth and efficient shift, ensuring top-quality food and outstanding guest service. Team Leaders assist kitchen and cashier departments, enforce cash control policies, and support daily checklists for operational excellence.

Location: 705 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028. Night & weekend availability required; learning and excelling in Drive-Thru is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising others in any job is a plus.
• Strong guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform kitchen and cashier duties to support shift efficiency.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and service standards.
• Enforce cash control policies and assist with daily checklists.
• Lead by example to provide top-tier guest service.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure a smooth shift.
