Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve customer issues.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Lead people and supervise shift operations.
