Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring operational Brand standards and a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate teammates with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include fostering a respectful team environment, communicating priorities, training crew members, coaching, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining safety, sanitation and brand integrity while supporting sales goals and executing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shift to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Create and maintain a respectful team environment and communicate priorities.
• Provide coaching, feedback and on-the-job training for crew members.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support profitability by driving sales goals and ensuring brand execution.

Skills
