Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience or equivalent managerial exposure.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on foot for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned department(s), ensuring shelves are stocked and pricing is accurate.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for shifts, ensuring store operations and customer experience.
• Deliver outstanding service by greeting customers, identifying needs, and providing product knowledge.
• Provide guidance and daily directions to department associates and assist with onboarding and training.
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain clean, attractive displays that meet company guidelines.
