Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma, GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house, including restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and make recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Address safety concerns with management.
• Conduct daily safety and prep audits and inventory checks.
