Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a motivated team member to support restaurant operations as a shift leader. You will supervise shifts, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold food safety and quality standards. The role involves training teammates, maintaining cleanliness, and helping manage labor and cash controls.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to do basic business math.
Able to stock shelves and coolers.
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers.

Responsibilities

Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and ensure People, Customers and Service duties are completed.
Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
Ensure employees present a neat appearance and wear the uniform.
Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve complaints quickly.
Greets customers with a smile and maintains a positive attitude with guests and co-workers.
Work with urgency and as a team with management and peers.
