Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

• 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food per recipes; adjust ingredients as needed.
• 6 months in delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a welcoming Starbucks store environment for customers and partners.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods per standard recipes.
• Assist with cash handling and consistency of service during shifts.
• Support shift supervision and coordinate tasks among staff.
