Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, creating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will coach staff to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and adapt recipes as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, cash handling, safety, and delivering a warm guest experience while working flexible hours. This role emphasizes teamwork and relationship building within a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• As a Starbucks partner, you will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community.
• Maintain store operations policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
