Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, maintain cash handling and safety standards, and guide a team to meet store goals and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with/without accommodation
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• Six months customer-facing experience
• Prepare and coach food/beverage to standard or customized recipes
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more staff

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the store welcoming for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and customization
• Direct tasks and coordinate team workflow during shifts
• Provide exceptional guest experience and maintain store standards
