Job summary

WashU Car Wash, a modern express car wash company, is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations at the Wheaton, IL location. You will guide the team, ensure high service standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with pay of $16–$18 per hour plus commission/bonuses, and OTE $21+ per hour. Enjoy free car washes and opportunities to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise, assign tasks, and provide coaching to team members
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues
• Promote and upsell memberships and premium services
• Monitor equipment and wash processes; report or address issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Perform basic operational tracking (sales, cars serviced, incidents) and support inventory needs
