Job summary

WashU Car Wash in Burbank, IL is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations across an active car wash shift. You will supervise teammates, coach performance, and ensure fast, high-quality service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

No prior car wash experience is required — on-site training provided. This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), commission on memberships, and opportunities to lead a fast-paced team in a modern, environmentally conscious facility.

Shift Lead – Car Wash

Job Level: Entry-Level Leadership

Location: Burbank, IL

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $16 - $18 plus commission/bonuses, OTE $21+ per hour
