Job summary

In this role you will support the Restaurant General Manager, communicate goals and promotions, mentor teammates, and ensure clean facilities and hot, fresh meals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in goals related to team development, operations metrics and profitability.
• Communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc.
