Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Ventura, CA to motivate the team and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to set the tone, coach staff, and oversee opening/closing with minimal supervision.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, eligibility to work 18+, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours include early shifts; no evenings or nights in many locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license preferred but required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food/beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
