Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production standards, methods, and guidelines.
• Manage production operations to meet KPIs for assigned products/sub-segments within the shift.
• Apply methods, guidelines, and procedures effectively to achieve KPIs.
• Facilitate scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
• Approve production orders and allocate resources appropriately.
• Ensure production infrastructure readiness, including tools, maintenance, and setup.
• Suggest procedural and organizational improvements to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Leadership skills and business acumen.
• Knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, planning & control, MS-Office, and SAP.
• Understanding of Safety and Health Systems.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage and lead direct reports.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Supervisory experience of 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Automotive industry knowledge and experience.
