• Proficient in all customer service representative responsibilities.
• Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer needs met, suggestive selling).
• Partners with the FiveStar team to provide excellent customer service according to company policies.
• Assists in training customer service representatives.
