• Proficient in all customer service representative responsibilities.
• Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment, including a friendly atmosphere, meeting customer needs, and suggestive selling.
• Partners with the FiveStar team to provide service as per company policies and procedures.
• Assists in training customer service representatives thoroughly and timely.
• Helps educate the store team on policies and communication.
• Supports store management in inventory control, equipment maintenance, safety, and robbery prevention guidelines.
• Collaborates with management to ensure quality food operations.
• Follows up on communications with employees, including emails, specials, and programs.
• Responsible for merchandising, including evaluating displays, pricing, and signage.

Job Details
