Chick-fil-A West Wichita is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and coach a fast-paced team. You will mentor team members, ensure hospitality standards, handle cash, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Participate in and provide leadership in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ensure tasks assigned to Team Members are completed
• Assist store leadership with employee development
• Provide immediate and courteous assistance to guest requests and needs
• Assist in the training of new hires and act as a role model for our team
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

• Monitor business and guest feedback metrics and make appropriate changes on shift to ensure they meet organisational goals
• Oversee opening and/or closing responsibilities if applicable
