Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Restaurant Team Members during shifts, ensuring Brand standards and guest service excellence. You will support management in meeting goals, delegate tasks, and maintain food safety and inventory controls. The role requires leadership experience and strong English communication within a fast-paced environment.

You will handle shift handoffs, resolve customer issues, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a positive restaurant reputation.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift, providing timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and executing Brand standards.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift.
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for the handoff.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach team members to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
