Job summary

Dunkin' in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew and ensure quick, friendly guest service while maintaining brand standards. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate colleagues to perform at their best throughout the shift.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in hitting daily targets, managing inventory, and resolving guest concerns, while handling cash according to franchisee policies. Strong English communication and leadership experience are required.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
