Job summary

Dunkin' in Fort Wright, KY is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew members and ensure timely delivery of high-quality guest service during each shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, monitor operations, and uphold brand standards from coffee to food prep.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
