Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations, supervise Team Members, and assist the GM and AGM in achieving targets.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership mindset and a willingness to learn about Wingstop's leadership framework, while maintaining customer service, profitability, and quality standards on each shift.

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:

Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area)

Up to $17.71 per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)

Up to $17.82 per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)

Up to $19.20 per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)

Up to $19.56 per hour(Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.
