Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members during their shift, help meet brand standards, and deliver great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive performance.

Responsibilities include leading operations, ensuring food safety, managing inventory, resolving guest concerns, and supporting the Restaurant Manager to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
