Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure brand standards throughout each shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager, manage daily operations, and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in hospitality or retail, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Heath, OH location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members throughout the shift with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and executing brand standards.
• Ensure brand standards are met for food/beverage preparation during the shift.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to adequately support positions.
• Delegate tasks for smooth workflow and resource efficiency.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security, and profitability policies during the shift.
• Maintain food safety standards and manage inventory during the shift.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies and resolve them promptly.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
