Job summary

Wegmans in McLean, VA is seeking an entry-level leader for the Seafood department. This full-time role offers morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends). You will help educate customers about products, maintain freshness, and coach team members to meet Wegmans standards.

Requires 1+ years of experience or a college degree, computer skills, and a willingness to learn. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, and a bonus program up to $500. Pay is $21.75–$23.25 per hour.
