Job Summary: Popeyes Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth operations within the food court. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation and Service:

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly.
• Restock food items, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperature and freshness of food items.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods or when additional support is required.
• Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.
• Be able to Assist General Manager in managing team which include scheduling, team attendance and monitoring breaks

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.
