Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members throughout shifts, ensure Brand standards are met, and deliver a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team while providing timely feedback to celebrate successes and drive improvement.
