We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: they add flavor and hold everything together.

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it before leadership training completion)
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a valid driver’s license (preferred at some locations)

Hourly Rate:

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour
