Job summary

XHANI LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, drive guests' experiences, and hit sales, labor, and food cost targets.

Lead by example, coach teams, manage onboarding and performance conversations, and ensure compliance with food safety, POS systems, and service standards in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Strong communication and people development skills are required to build culture and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years QSR management experience (Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, KFC, Taco Bell preferred)
• Strong communication skills and leadership
• Experience managing teams of 15-30 employees
• Open availability preferred

Position Summary

The Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts while achieving sales, labor, food cost, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

Minimum Requirements
