Role Responsibilities
  • Support management in daily operations
  • Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Handle cash and follow training protocols
  • Develop team members for growth
  • Participate in marketing initiatives
  • Build sales and maintain sanitation
  • Certify in all restaurant positions
  • Communicate effectively and act with urgency
Expectations
  • Move or transport up to 50 lbs
  • Work 38-40 hours per week
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance
  • Manage and lead a team of 2-5 people
  • Perform opening and closing tasks
  • Proficient in slicing and baking bread
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1 year QSR experience
  • Must be 18+ to operate slicer
  • Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
  • Reliable transportation
