Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking a friendly, energetic Shift Leader to help run daily operations in a fast-paced dining setting. You will supervise shifts, mentor team members, and ensure excellent guest experiences while controlling costs and sustaining profitability.

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing during the entire shift.
• Must be capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds to chin level without injury.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage staff and handle adversity.
• Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints, and takes corrective action when necessary.
