They must ensure company standards, cost control, communicate with employees, inventory supplies, adjust par prep sheets, guide crew, and ensure customers are served quickly and efficiently. They also resolve guest complaints, maintain cleanliness standards, exhibit friendly enthusiasm, and perform administrative duties.

• Ensure all company standards are met and policies and procedures are followed.
• Control costs effectively.
• Communicate clearly, supervising employees to complete assignments properly.
• Inventory supplies and reorder items.
• Adjust the Par Prep Sheet to keep fresh product available.
• Observe, guide, and reallocate labor for efficiency.
• Serve guests quickly and efficiently, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints.
