Chick-fil-A is seeking a Restaurant Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and drive Operational Excellence. This role focuses on coaching and developing Team Members, setting the tone, and modeling Chick-fil-A's values in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while collaborating with Directors to achieve business goals. Flexible scheduling and Sunday closure support work-life balance.

Responsabilidades

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Partner with Directors to achieve business goals.

A restaurant Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Restaurant Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Restaurant Leader's two main areas of focus are coaching and development of team members. Restaurant Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Plan for Development:

Team Member in Training->Team Member -> Team Leader In Training -> Team Leader

This journey is a combination of training courses, competency checklists, and performance evaluations (both formal and informal).

Final promotion is at the discretion of the restaurant's General Manager.

Compensation:

Wages are largely based upon availability.
