Carl's Jr. in California is seeking a Shift Leader to advance from Crew responsibilities into a leadership role. You will manage daily restaurant operations, guide and train crew members, and assist the GM and AGM in pursuing restaurant goals.

Shift Leaders are accountable for customer service, profitability, and quality assurance, overseeing staff performance and ensuring guest expectations are exceeded. This position offers growth within the Carl's Jr. system.

Qualifications

• Leadership mindset or prior leadership exposure preferred.
• Reliable team player with ability to train others.
• Experience in fast-food or restaurant settings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and support crew members.
• Direct and train Crew Persons; assist GM and AGM with goals.
• Oversee customer service, profitability and quality assurance; ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
