Job summary

The Shift Leader at Wiles' Restaurants, Inc. is a Crew Person who can manage daily restaurant operations, direct and train other Crew Persons, and support goals set by the GM and AGM.

They are responsible for customer service, profitability, and quality assurance, overseeing performance of all restaurant employees and ensuring guest expectations are exceeded in a fast-paced Carl's Jr. environment.

The Shift Leader is a Crew Person who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Carl's Jr. They help direct and train other Crew Persons, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Carl's Jr. system.
