Job summary

Carl's Jr. is seeking a Shift Leader at Wiles' Restaurants, Inc., an independently owned Carl's Jr. franchisee in California. The Shift Leader will manage day-to-day restaurant operations, direct and train Crew Members, and assist the GM and AGM in meeting targets.

This role offers leadership development, pathways to promotion, and a focus on customer service, profitability, and quality assurance to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• The Shift Leader is a Crew Person who can manage day-to-day Carl's Jr. operations.
• Helps direct and train other Crew Persons and supports GM/AGM goals.
