Provide feedback to managers/owners about employee performance and customer service.
Manage employee break schedules, ensuring punctuality and proper breaks.
Attend management meetings and contribute ideas for efficiency, safety, and new recipes.
Assist with hiring, evaluations, and training of staff.
Memorize and explain training materials, including health benefits of ingredients and food items, in an upbeat manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
Deliver excellent customer service, including providing accurate wait times and polite interactions.
Assist with order taking, ringing up guests, and answering phones.
Have thorough knowledge of food, recipes, and preparation procedures, ensuring timely and sanitary food preparation.
Prepare food according to proper procedures.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby through continuous cleaning.
Organize and put away deliveries.
Wash dishes and store them properly.
Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
Carry food to customers.
Communicate with managers about scheduling needs and time off.
Arrive on time, take appropriate breaks, and complete opening and closing duties.
Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
Stock and rotate food items.
Implement cost-cutting measures when appropriate.
Work collaboratively as a team.
Monitor food quality and handle special circumstances effectively.
